Our museum has grown from strength to strength since its formation in 1986, but we need help…
WE HAVE A GREAT TEAM, BUT WE NEED MORE PEOPLE.
Ware Museum is well known in the community, for its large collection of artefacts, its enthusiasm and its vast pool of knowledge. We want to retain our leading position and attract more visitors. This will encompass liasing with schools to assist with the National Curriculum, giving tours for clubs and groups and providing activities for the whole community.
WHAT COULD YOU VOLUNTEER TO DO?
- Help catalogue, conserve, store and display the thousands of items in our care.
- Help with activities.
- Join the maintenance, repair and renovation team.
OR
Do you have knowledge, a skill or a collection that could be the focus of an event? Could you help with research, cleaning, leaflet/poster delivery, or something else? Do you have professional skills or expertise to offer?
How about publicity, marketing, fundraising?
